Braiins is growing and so is its recruitment team. To cover all needs of a growing company, we are searching for an experienced recruitment leader.

We want to hear about you if you are an ambitious self-starter with focus on delivery and no-bullshit approach.

What Awaits
you here?

Setting and executing the recruitment strategy,
leading a recruitment team, mentoring colleagues and providing them with regular feedback,
overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the recruitment process,
building strong partnership with hiring managers and company stakeholders,
helping hiring managers to upskill in interviewing,
setting aspirational objectives and measurable metrics,
creating accurate reports and data insights for the senior leadership team,
working closely with the Chief People Officer and participating in different people-related projects & initiatives.

Number of years of relevant experience matters (4+) but much more we care about the way you think & work.

Full-time position with flexible working hours and possibility to work fully remote.
Both possibilities to work as an Employee or Freelance.
Indefinite agreement.
